Short post today folks! First of all, I'd like to thank the many visitors and those of you who have taken your valuable time to leave comments. It is really appreciated! I try to make the rounds and visit as many of your sites as possible while sharing the great talents that you have. It's what photo-blogging is all about in my opinion.
Now on to today's post.
In an area that normally has numerous boats I arrived to find a nautical ghost town. :-) The weather could not have been better if you personally dialed it up yourself, so certainly this played a role in the fact that practically every boat slip at the docks was empty. It was an eerie feeling of sorts that begged the question... where is everyone? The answer was a simple one of course, out on the water.
I thought I'd share this early evening scene with you in hopes that you'd enjoy it. The image was taken on Slaughter Creek, just off of Taylor's Island in Dorchester County Maryland. This tributary leads out to the Chesapeake Bay.
