Now that Standard Time has returned and Autumn is in full swing, showing it's vibrant colors, it's a great time to be enjoying the beauty of outdoor photography. Photographers should also enjoy the shorter daylight hours since it means blue hours, sunrises and sunsets will be occurring at a quicker pace for the next couple of months.
Today I share one of the last images I took before the time change. I was within the 300 square mile Loch Raven Watershed in Baltimore County on a glorious morning with temperatures in the upper sixty degree (F) range. While walking the shoreline of the reservoir, which holds some 23 billion gallons of fresh water, I saw one of the many bridges in the distance. After making my way to a clearing, I zoomed in to create the image below.
