Traveling the coastlines of the Chesapeake Bay and it's tributaries, you come across many interesting things to photograph. Today we have a collapsed dock, the result of storm damage. As beautiful as the waters of the Mid Atlantic Region are, they can turn fiercely dangerous when the weather becomes stormy.

For this shot I used my trusty Nikkor VR 18-200mm F3.5-5.6, set at 50mm, f/25. Exposure time was 8 seconds (ISO 200).

The color version looked pretty good but I thought the image would have more impact in black and white.

This has been posted to my Google Plus page as a "Wordless Wednesday" post. A previous black and white "Wordless Wednesday" post can be seen here.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
