Happy Monday, friends. I truly hope everyone has enjoyed a great weekend, and for those of us here in the U S, we celebrate the Labor Day holiday today. This marks the unofficial end of Summer. In today's short post I'll simply share a recent sunrise on Baltimore's harbor after a stormy night. I shot this in the north west corner of the inner harbor, along the popular promenade where so many locals and tourists hang out.
By the way, I did not want to tip the hand with the title, but that ship in the foreground is the historic USS Constellation. Still afloat since 1854, this former naval vessel is the second to carry this name, the first (a Navy Frigate) being disassembled in 1853. This is one of the tourist stops for folks who want to touch a bit of Baltimore's and this nation's history.
As always, thanks for visiting, and have a great day!
