Steinman Station

Steinman Station

Steinman Station is a replica train depot at the Pennsylvania Railroad Museum. It's right out of the early 20th century in terms of appearance. When I first stepped inside I realized how small it was and thought about the towns and boroughs of past times when this country was still developing.

PRR 1223 - Steam Locomotive

The Pennsylvania Railroad, aka "Pennsy", was once the proud owner of this historic steam locomotive numbered 1223. This is known as a 4-4-0 configuration, that is, 4 leading wheels followed by 4 powered wheels and no (0) trailing wheels.
