With Christmas Day less than three weeks away, the time has come to mix in a few holiday images. We begin with this Holiday Horse, a decorative equine standing among the lights and ribbons outside of the Hunt Valley Towne Center in Cockeysville, Maryland. As you enter the main entrance to the Towne Center there is a traffic circle, festively decorated for this time of year. I decided to isolate one of the horses. After all, there are numerous horse farms in the nearby affluent communities.
For a man-made horse, I thought it looked pretty good, as did the constant stream of passers-by who continually raised their phones and tablets to grab a shot.
It appears to be constructed of hay and other natural materials, but what was most impressive was the wire frame that held those materials together.
So there you have it, my first 2013 Christmas Holiday photograph. There will be many more to come since this festive time of year is now in full swing.
Have a great weekend and thanks for visiting!
